lcd sreen in reverse colors after Mandrake 9.0 instal

Hello,

At the end of installing Mdk 9.0 on a Toshiba Sattelite 2540CDS laptop, the moment where you leave the installation all came to hang. Turning the machine on and off didn't change mutch. I always got the last screen off the grafical interface. Even trying to reboot and reinstall was refused.
I took out the battery, hoping to get any result !!
Indeed there was. I got grub booting the thing (there is still the manifactures installation(win98) on the first partition) only the LCDscreen gives me reverse colors now.

Does anybody knows why?
