You could do this one of two ways... Just about any laptop would be sufficient for a dual-boot system.
On the other hand, you could load just Linux and then run a virtual Windows machine (in VMplayer, VirtualBox, or KVM for example). For the RHCE exam, you will need to run 3 (I think) VM's for the practice exams, so it is going to be important that you have a pretty stout laptop to do this. I wouldn't suggest anything less than a Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, and 1TB hard drive. If I could buy what I wanted, I would go with a Core i7, 16 GB Ram, and 1TB hard drive, minimum. If money is tight, of course you can get by with less. This is just my thoughts of the best all around solution....
