irq conflict with sound

i looked at some of the archives about the IRQ conflict but most of them explained either physically changing the pci slot or chaning the IRQ in the bios...with me neither of this is an option since my sound card is integrated and my bios does not allow me to assign irq's for the pci's...(damn laptop)...so i was wondering how i can fix this...my problem is with the sound as it needs IRQ 5 but gets IRQ 5 because eth1 has IRQ 5.....

Code:
00:02.7 Multimedia audio controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] Sound Controller (rev a0)
Subsystem: Sony Corporation: Unknown device 814e
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 173, IRQ 9
        I/O ports at 1c00 [size=256]
        I/O ports at 1480 [size=128]
Capabilities: [48] Power Management version 2

00:07.0 Network controller: Intersil Corporation: Unknown device 3872 (rev 01)
Subsystem: AMBIT Microsystem Corp.: Unknown device 0202
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 5
        Memory at d4006000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [disabled] [size=4K]
Capabilities: [dc] Power Management version 2
i dont use eth1... i commented "alias occrni" but that doesnt seem to work to disable eth1... and i added in lilo pci=useirqmask...that doesnt work either....so any suggestion would be awesome ))))00
