Installing a fresh copy of linux blind.

I have an Asus G1s laptop, the problem is that the GPU it came with died as there was a heat issue with that line of chips. This happened after my warranty expired so I essentially have a bricked laptop. It does however boot. Currently into a windows install.)

What I want to do is install Linux and access it via SSH to make use of it. Is there a way that I can do this without a monitor? Any distros that install automatically with no input required etc? I also have access to a hdd usb caddie if it requires me to access the hard drive directly.

-------EDIT--------
Found a solution
