Question How to set the right display color profile and more for a Lenovo Thinkpad T430?

Hello Display Tweakers

Has anyone experience in setting up a Lenovo Thinkpad T430's display properly?

*ICC profile ( laptop display color profile )
*So that display brightness is remembered for Battery and AC use (separate values)
*So that display brightness is remembered after restart, sleep, hibernate, shutdown
*f.lux software usage good or bad? https://justgetflux.com/
*Maybe something else that I don't know about

Thank you in advance and better vision for you all,

There is this software colord which sets display color profile. You may get the vendor display color profile from vendor disc provided to along with laptop or in vendor support website.

I don't know if it applies to your hardware. But on my hp stream 11 I change the value(s) in the /sys/class/backlight/ stuff.

$ cat /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/max_brightness
7812
# echo 4444 > /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness

There's also some adjustments you can do in xrandr (brightness/gamma) depending on the GPU. With amdcccle if you have an ati/amd card with the proprietary driver. And probably some other options.
