How do I install puppy linux on a netbook with a 2GB NAND HD without a boot menu?

It currently has Windows CE 6.0
I am trying to install the newest Puppy OS
But there is no boot menu or boot option screen at all
When it loads it simply says "loading OS image" then it opens Win CE 6.0

I linux can be installed on static HD devices like iPAD but how is it done?
I have Puppy OS on an 8 gb USB drive.

What happens if you select F2 or F12 when booting after POST? Can you access your BIOS settings or an alternative one-time boot menu? Either of these options could allow you to boot from USB-device before default load into OS. Do you want to install Puppy to replace or in addition to Windows CE?

when I hit F2 of F12 nothing happens
Just goes straight to Win CE

yes I want to replace Win CE with Puppy OS
