You need a utility called YABOOT search for it on the internet .
If you are new to MAC it might be useful to become also a member of ADC.
It is also possible to become a member free off charge
Than you can learn a lot about you're MAC

Macbooks do not have an MBR.

Macbooks use EFI.
Bootcamp is one way to resize partitions.
Discutil is another.

See also rEFIT.

Google, find you will instructions.

Looking at EFI Boot I came to know that it an invisible hard drive that is full of well and nobody really knows about it. This boot disk only appears when you are messing with your drive.
