dns server and /etc/resolv.conf
hi, all,
I use a ubuntu 504-i386. I have a home AP/router and my system is configured to get ip from DHCP service of the AP. The problem is: after every system bootup the /etc/resolv.conf is written as:
-------------------------------------------
search domain
nameserver 223.36.128.68
nameserver 223.36.134.188
nameserver 223.36.134.133
nameserver 192.168.1.1
--------------------------------------------
my /etc/network/interface is:
-------------------------------------------
mapping hotplug
script grep
map eth0
# The primary network interface
iface eth0 inet dhcp
-------------------------------------------
Line 2-4 are 3 non-effective DNS server address, and if i keep this unchanged my access would be slowed down or disabled due to the DNS trying. However, if I changed the file, deleting the 3 useless lines, after a while the system will change it back to the content above. How can I do to overcome this problem?
