dell7591&debian10,mouse,keyboard,touchpad do not work after susped& resume,Help!

Hello, everyone. I have a bad issue with my laptop dell 7591 which is a quite new model .OSes are win10+debain10 .The problem is:
When system started, mouse ,keyboard and touchpad work as usual, but after lid closes & reopen, none of them works , even re-plugin a USB mouse or keyboard though the login screen appears but without the cursor blink , mouse touchpad keyboard become disabled EXCEPT fn+F5 can light up keyboard LED.

I searched the Internet for solution. Several posts tell me it has something to do with the boot cmdline ,need to add boot arguments.

lxle.net/forums/discussion/933/lxle-will-not-work-with-laptop-keyboardtrackpad
askubuntu.com/questions/916465/ubuntu-17-04-keyboard-not-responding-after-suspend

I'm not sure the problem with my machine is something mentioned in the 3 posts above, I tried several arguments added to my boot operation, but none works for my machine. Even I don't know its meaning and function.
such as:
i8042.nomux
i8042.reset
i8042.reset i8042.nomux
atkbd.reset i8042.nomux
i8042.noaux
i8042.nokbd
i8042.noloop
i8042.nopnp
i8042.unlock
i8042.direct
i8042.dumbkbd
i8042.reset i8042.nomux i8042.nopnp i8042.noloop
i8042.nopnp=1 i8042.dumbkbd=1
i8042.notimeout
i8042.kbdreset

I did not tried them all ,just some of them .No this problem in Win10!

This is my hardware infomation.
$ sudo dmesg|grep i8042
[ 2.008568] i8042: PNP: PS/2 Controller [PNP0303:PS2K] at 0x60,0x64 irq 1
[ 2.008569] i8042: PNP: PS/2 appears to have AUX port disabled, if this is incorrect please boot with i8042.nopnp
[ 2.009055] i8042: Warning: Keylock active
[ 2.009334] serio: i8042 KBD port at 0x60,0x64 irq 1
[ 2.011481] input: AT Translated Set 2 keyboard as /devices/platform/i8042/serio0/input/input0

So what's the true reason for the problem with my machine? and how to resolve it?

Any other information needed Please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Sometimes worth checking out if a BIOS uodate is available.

Just in case this is helpful as a workaround

Thanks for your response. I have updated the BIOS to the latest version, but the problem is still there.
The post above doesn't solve my problem, because I lose control of all input devices after resume.
So once the machine was suspended,I had to restart it.

I can only suggest submitting a bug report then...

This problem seems to pop up every now and then. It's tricky.
See through these search results please.

The problem has been solved through a Kernel update

Hello everyone. This serious problem has been solved on my DELL 7591 laptop.

When I confirmed the Dell 7591 weather got a UBUNTU certificate, yeah, dell7591 got it. So I guessed the bug had been solved.
Then I downloaded the 18.04(with kernel 5.1 ) to test , yeah, the bug disappeared!

Then I update my Debian from version 10 to "testing"(with kernel 5.3.15) , no this bug appeared either!

If you encountered the same problem as mine, I suggesst you update your linux kernel to a later version above 5.1...
