Dell Inspiron 15 3552 BlackScreen After Grub and Kernel Boot on Debian Stretch

So hi everyone this my first post here ... so i have a Dell Inspiron 15 3552 Laptop that i installed on it Debian Stretch ... in my first run after the kernel boots up and when the Xserver will start the laptop screen turns off without backlights .. and the system won't accept anything (neither Ctrl+Alt+Fx, Ctrl+Alt+Del ....) so i force powering it off with long press on power button and this is thing will repeat for infinity ....
so i searched on the net and i found many things :
1- nomodeset or i915.modeset=0 on grub , this will make it work but without graphic card drivers so no performance at all
2- kernel downgrade , i will open straight forward without editing the grub but results like nomodeset
3- i installed all the packages from this article Link that solve the problem in debian Jessie but for me no luck so i tried to downgrade my xserver-xorg-core to 1.16.4 with dpkg so i broke many package dependecies and apt start showing me the msg of (package depends on xxxx but it is not going be installed...) , i also tried another solution that is to change my sources.list to jessie repositories and remove all the x-window-system and reinstall it from jessie but also no luck with apt error messages ...

this here are informations about my laptop
