configuration problems for wi-fi connection on FC4


I want connect to the Wi-Fi provied by my campus and it requestes a authentication process.it works find under winxp,however i couldn't do it on FC4.Here is the info after i installed ipw2200 driver:

when i try to active the eth1 interface, it always shows:

Determine ip address for eth1.....failed

i couldn't connect to the internet because the driver wasn't installed properly or the configuration is set incorrectly? thanks for any help!

I seriously doubt the mode should be Ad-Hoc. Change it to Managed.

I also hope you didn't post the actual encryption key for their system, they may not like you very much for that.

if you also post out the configuration u'r using, we may extend better help. and it looks like you're trying to use DHCP, is the same used in your college?
