ALSA doesn´t work after hot reboot

Laptop: Compaq Presario V3414TX
Sound Card: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio
OS: Windows / Fedora double system(I have ever installed XP or Vista for Windows, and Fedora Core 5 or Fedora 8 for Linux)
ALSA version: 1.0.15

Installations of Fedora system and alsa driver are both fine, including modprobe message, no error messages found. However, after the installation of alsa, no matter how many times I reboot, the card just give no sound. But then I shutdown the system, power off the machine, and turn on it again into the Fedora system, the sound card works. Another similar thing is that when I reboot to Fedora from Windows, the card gives no sound either, yet power off the machine then go into Fedora always works.

Can anyone help to solve this strange problem or give me some tips about why this happens?

Thanks a lot.
