Hello. Can anybody tell me if the Acer aspire 7 is a good laptop to buy to dual boot W10 alongside a Linux distro...probably Mint?
Intel Core i5 8300H processor.
Quad core processor.
2.3GHz processor speed.
8GB RAM DDR4.
1TB HDD storage.
Hard drive speed 5400RPM.
NVIDIA GTX 10 series GTX 1050 graphics card with 4GB RAM.
Model number: A715-72G.
I intend to download virtual box and run different distros.
Thank you.
Thanks for that...link most helpful and to be honest has slightly put me off. My other choice would be a Dell. Spec:
Dell Inspiron 15 3585 Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 15.6” Full HD.
Ryzen 5 2500U mobile processor is built with Radeon's integrated Vega 8 graphics.
