Exclamation acer aspire linux laptop broke, help please.


well, i turn on my laptop, and it goes onto the blue start up screen as normal, but then when that goes of the screen, it just turns grey/black but the mouse is still there, someone told me to go on safe mode, but i dont no how to, help please because its my new laptop.
