I am guessing that you are trying to run the .exe file that is found on the 3G stick when you plug it in. This is the software for Windows and won't work in the Linpus OS installed on the AA1.

I have use a Huawei E160 and I know that the E220 also works along with a number of others.

Plug in the stick and open a terminal and enter 'sudo wvdialconf' this will auto configure the modem. You will then need to install Gnome-ppp, you can get this from the package manager. Open Gnome-ppp and enter your username and password details. If you can't connect you may need to manually edit the wvdial.conf file to include your APN, do this by adding the line APN= (enter your APN after the =).

You should be able to get details of your providers APN and username/password from your service provider.
