Arrow newbie question about f2fs SIT_VBLOCKS_SHIFT

Hi dear all,
In my understanding , the max valid blocks in a segment is 512, so SIT_VBLOCKS_SHIFT==9 is enough. Why f2fs set it to 10 ? Many thanks!
