Kernel Panic After Update

Hello, I thought this looked like the best site to ask questions on!

I have slackware and I was trying to get my pcmcia b43 wireless card set up for packet injection. I downloaded the compatwireless package and installed that. That was fine! But all I did with the old ones in the kernel was "make unload" and "make load". So is that all I have to do with the old drivers? The reason I ask is because upon reboot, I get a kernel panic. I only get the kernel panic with my internal wireless switched on though. So I can boot fine if I disable it on startup, via the external switch. The errors are on my laptop, and I'll try to post back with quoted errors... but it's definitely something to do with my network drivers, as it only happened after installation! Thanks for any help.

Update:
I've taken some pictures with my phone, so sorry for the quality!

Ok, I was just messing about there and did a "make load" in the compat wireless folder and got a kernel panic. So i get it whenever I load the new things. I could probably uninstall that and be done with it, but i dont want to. Is there anyway to remove the old drivers? i think that might be it! But then again, I'm a newbie
