about usbserial support table


first forgive my short english..
i wanna add our device's pid & vid into option.c so that usbcore can auto probe usbserial for our device, does someone know what should i do? contact the usbserial module's owner? thx..

Hi , so you want to statically compile some device pid into the kernel so that usbserial can check it at boot time?
why do you want to do that?

it would help us better to find a solution to your problem if we actually knew what the original problem is ...

Thanks for the reply. Yes, this request is for my company's device, we want USBCore can support it, and auto probe usb-serial driver for it when plugged-in, so our customer can use our device without any extra operation.
