I am trying to configure a Hauppauge WinTV USB card with Mandrake linux 9.1. The Base of the device says 'Model 40205 Rev B135'. At the moment, I get the following error:

[root@localhost matt]# modprobe bttv

I don't expect anyone to tell me exactly what I have to do to make this device work (Altho I wouldn't complain ! ) but any success stories would be helpful, just so I know it CAN be done. Wintv USB success please!

It doesn't work with the bttv driver. Have a look at USBVision driver. Just do a google search for WinTV USB Linux. Most usefull information points to the usbvision driver.
