Windows question but affects RHL 9 as well: Cant Detect My Matshita SCSI CDR

I have an Advansys SCSI card adapter installed on my PC and two SCSI drives (TEAC and Matshita CW-7503 CD Writer). My problem is that my pc only detects my TEAC SCSI CD Rom drive and not my CD Writer.I was thinking maybe I have to change their jumper settings but I have no idea how to.

Thanks in advance guys
