Then you would change it reflect the module being used

I noticed that the trick:
Code:
modprobe -r rtw88_8822ce && modprobe rtw88_8822ce
wasn't enough anymore and didnt' let me connect to my wifi but only allow me to connect to my phone hotspost... so I followed your suggestion (and since for iw dev there wasn't an option to switch off my card, I used ip link), and I did:

Code:
ip link set wlp2s0 down && modprobe -r rtw88_8822ce && modprobe rtw88_8822ce && ip link set wlp2s0 up
and now I can connect again to my wifi, and this let me avoid to reboot in order to connect.

so by now, the temporary workaround is:

Code:
su -c 'ip link set wlp2s0 down && modprobe -r rtw88_8822ce && modprobe rtw88_8822ce && ip link set wlp2s0 up'
