Why mounted fat32 partition don't have write permission

I edit /etc/fstab to mount a fat32 partition on boot time! But didn't have write permission except root! I try remount and add rw permission,but didn't work yet. But ntfs is work!
Why? How can I fix it!

because the 1995 ( 93 on) fat 32 format DOSE NOT SUPPORT file permissions .Nether dose the MS ntfs format .

You can use the umask=0 option to enable world writable permissions for the mount.

/dev/sda8 /win/program vfat umask=0 1 2

Let have a look at:
# ls -l /win
# ls -l /win/program

Can you post the output of above 2 commands? (While the partition is mounted)

this is what i use on a MS ntfs ( should be the same for the Fat32)
in my /etc/fstab

Code:

/dev/sda1      /mnt/Windows   ntfs-3g   defaults,umask=000     0 0

for a fat 32 see
" man fstab "
but this should work in the fstab

Code:

/dev/sda1      /mnt/Windows   vfat   defaults,umask=000     0 0

IF YOU HAVE MADE the " /mnt/Windows " folder.
