where can i find isapnp package in redhat linux 9?

i've heard that isapnp and pnpdump come with most of the distribution of linux, but i couldn't find it in redhat linux 9.

are they hidden somewhere in the installation discs?

I just did searches for the packages and came up emptyhanded....and I downloaded every package possible on install. I got RH9 also so I don't know..

It seems that starting from redhat7.3 these are no longer part of redhat packages..
