I know this doesn't have anything to do with linux & hardware in general, but I run linux and this involves my hardware

Plus, this forum is great and the people here give good advice.
I recently tried to install water cooling and my video card got rather wet. The only components that were in my computer were the motherboard, video card and cpu. I figured out where I went wrong, but I'm wondering if there's any way to save these components.
They were not running and there was no power connected to them.
I was running a mixture of 3 / 4 water & 1 /4
Innovatek Protective Pro.
I've heard if I let my parts dry completely before I turn them on I should be fine, is this true? and if so does anyone have any recommendations for drying them off quicker?
Thanks in advance,
