Question VM on VMware vSphere, when trying to install Slackware 14.2, does not recognize SCSI controller, why?

In GNU GRUB version 2.00, appears Slackware 14.2 huge.s kernel (and other option with KMS mode).

I cannot install the system because the disks are not recognized, only when I change the controller to IDE.

The virtual LSI controller from VSphere works out of the box with Slackware 14.2.
