USB Print Server?

Hi,

I have a Hp LaserJet 2420 which is working fine. I was thinking of getting a USB Print server as a cheaper alternative to a JetDirect box. I was wondering if these USB Print servers work ok with Cups and are they easily configured. Thanks for any help.

I tried a Linksys printserver/5 port switch and it is a peice of shit in my opinion. I ended up setting up Samba on my Linux box as a printerserver for windows. But then I have had bad luck with just about everything I have ever tried from Linksys, so perhaps it is just negitive karma.
