usb-parallel port adapter
Hi everyone, I have an HP laptop (zd8156EA) with FC4, which doesn't have any parallel port. I bought a usb-parallel port adapter in order to control my custom devices through my custom software which is working with EPP parallel ports.
I'm pretty new to both, linux and usb, but I'd like to know if some of you have ever had this problem: how can I use my software to control the parallel port directly via the usb port?
I imagine is a problem of driver, but I don't really know how to get through this...
Waiting for some reply...thank you
Ale
