usb devices stop working -while booting


it,s the problem with each distro i use
at the time of booting, it happens frequently

the message
storage network audio .. it is not "done"
at this point the usb mouse n keyboard .hav no power to them ..while it was there when the booting started.

can yu tel me whats the prob.

m runnin on p4,2.93 ghz ,usb keyboard n mice ,
n tried redhat es3,4 ..core 3,4 ,turbo linux n alot others
not alwes, it happens .but somtimes or can se frequently
