USB 2.0 PCI cards

I'm using ubuntu with a intel P3 motherboard. it has native USB 1.1 but I'm wanting to upgrade to 2.0 with a PCI card, preferably one with headers for my on case 2.0 ports. what would be the best solution for this?

hmm is there a model like this without the Gigabit? I have an internal 10/100 that I'm happy with right now.

They have many different models. There is IO-PC420 that includes PATA and SATA as well as USB and IEEE-1394. It looks like it uses VIA chips for USBk, IEEE-1394, and IDE/SATA. The 7002 models contains USB and IEEE-1394. The IOFLEX-7002 at newegg.com costs about 30 US dollars but it does not come with the Windows drivers and manual.

The reason why I mention the combo card that has USB 2.0/IEEE-1394/Gigabit NIC is because I did not have any PCI slots left. Since the combo card has a NIC, it replaced my 100 Mb NIC.
