Question unable to allocate memory

I am unable to install redhat in my pc. my sys config are
celeron 800 128 mb ram 40gb harddisk agp etc etc
I made primary partition windows c with extended partition d and e (total 20 gb)

The remaining 20gb i wanted to use for installing redhat
unfortunately after all the packages were read and at the time of actual installation, i get error message "unable to allocate memory" and system hangs.

Help to solve the problem and to install redhat will be appreciated
