Exclamation Ubuntu crashed my computer, help?

So here's what happened, I popped in the Ubuntu CD in the drive, and it was starting to boot up the installer and it just froze, so I chose to reboot. It chose to not reboot. I have an Epox Nforce4 SLi socket-754 and the debug code on the motherboard is "80" or maybe it's "08" I don't know, but I've been looking for my manual and I can't find it, and stupid Epox deleted the manual from their site. Can anyone help me? That would be great.

Did it already have windows installed?
Is the ubuntu CD still in the CD-ROM drive?
Can you access the BIOS?
Did you create a boot diskette for windows, if it was installed?
