twinview, maximize windows on 1 screen

hi all,

I've setup my 2 monitors on a nvidia geforce 4 ti4200 card using twinview. This is a pretty nice way to get 2 monitors working on 1 nvidia card, it's quite easy to configure the XF86Config file and get the 2 monitors working.
Well im talking about easy configuration but on the other hand I need your help for the configuration lol.
The setup works fine, my 2 monitors are working on a different resolution, i can drag windows between the 2 screens. The only annoying thing is that if maximize a window it is been spread over the monitors while i want it to see it on 1. this is my device section of the XF86Config file.

Section "Device"
Identifier "nvidia"
Driver "nvidia"
Option "TwinView" "true"
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "Crt,Crt"
Option "TwinViewOrientation" "RightOf"
Option "MetaModes" "1152x864, 1024x768"
Option "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "48"
Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"
EndSection

When searching for the solution I found this thread: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...hreadid=193739
In the beginning of that topic flow777bee says something, let me quote him:
Quote:
At first i was only using the NVIDIA card and twinview which gave me one xsession on two screens, complete with screen resistance between the 2 monitors (so that if i maximized a window on one screen it wouldn't fill both, just one). this is a really cool feature that i really enjoy about multi-heading in linux.
I wonder how he managed it to get it working, hopefully flow777bee reads this thread ..
