the wlan0up command looks like it's in teh directory you compiled the driver in.. according to the directions..

./makedrv
./wlan0up

there was never any mention of changing directories after compiling the driver with the makedrv command.

./wlan0up should be where you unpacked the drivers for the RTL8185.
