Switching btw 2 Graphics Card on Debian Wheezy Laptop

Hi about a month ago I deleted my windows 7 SSD partion on my Laptop and install Debian Wheezy with GUI since I am very satisfied with my Debian Servers.
But since then, I am struggling to keep up finding alternatives to my windows 7 system or hardware related programs.

If I'm not asking too much, I want to switch between my integrated INTEL VGA and NVIDIA Geforce GT 540M preferably automatically, I installed NVIDIA graphics drivers from the official site. After installation completed I can't log in to GUI, all I see a cursor on a black screen, so I deleted xorg.conf and managed to log in classic gui a few times but since this morning I can't see GUI again. I can only log in recovery mode.

Also My CPU fan is always on and noisy, this keeps drain my battery very quickly.

here is my lspci output:
Code:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF108 (Geforce GT 540M) (rev a1)

Can someone help how to solve these two problems?

Thanks in advance.
