I use an Intel X25-M 120GB Trim SSD on my Mac mini (Mac OS X 10.5.8), which works 7x24 and do lots of downloads, deletes, file transfers, etc. and nothing sort of any problem has occured so far. File system (of course for a Mac) is Journaled HFS+ I'm not sure if that OS supports Trim, but I guess it's supported.
