Sound problem with tv-tuner AverTV Studio 307

Good day!
Not so much time ago i've bought the tv-tuner card(see subj.). Everything were installed correctly, but i've used to see a strange sound bug when switching tv channel. In that time i used kernel-2.6.11-gentoo-r8. In the 2.6.12 branch sound was completely corrupted. When i migrate to 2.6.13-rc3 sound was like in 2.6.11 branch. It's difficult to explain this problem but i try: first two seconds after switching a channel sound seem to be corrupted(very high tone and lots of interference) and then it become normal.
Here is an example of this bug(OGG, 61Kb):
freedune.coolinc.info/Upload/xpinguin/v4l_bug.ogg

My distro: Gentoo; kernel: linux-2.6.13-rc3. Normally i use tvtime to watch tv, but this sound bug can be seen in mplayer, xine, etc. too.

Big thanks for any constructive help!

Best regards, Vladimir.

P.S. Don't try to understand voice in example - it's russian

Forgot to say: i've tried to plug dynamics directly to tv-tuner audio-out(normally tv-tuner's audio-out connected to sound card's line-in), but it gave no results - bug left as it was. So i decided that it's not an ALSA bug, it's a v4l bug.

A similar problem is reported in the gentoo forums:

http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t...08856c7f436418

- unfortunately without a solution. Still, maybe the gentoo configuration process has overlooked something. Besides loading the right modules you have to have the right options. I'd suggest carefully checking your configuration against the kernel documentation in Documentation/video4linux/bttv and in the source code package for the bttv driver (this is a bttv card isn't it?).

No, it's a saa7134 card. I've done configuration by using help from gentoo-wiki.org. All options seem to be ok.
I think it's a v4l module problem, because i use vanilla kernel, not a gentoo patched.

Anyway, thanks. I'll try to report this bug to Gerd Knorr.
