Sinatra LQ Newbie Registered: Jul 2004 Location: UK Distribution: Kubuntu Edgy 6.10 Posts: 13 Rep:	Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit External Drivers Is there any unofficial drivers for the Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit External? The ALSA site says to use ca0601 or something similar, but it doesn't work. I'm currently using Kubuntu Edgy 6.10 - Kernel: 2.6.20.1 The funny thing is, the sound card works with Kubuntu Dapper 6.06, you'd think it would work with Edgy since Dapper is old. Is there anything I can do to find out what's making it work on Dapper and not on Edgy? Or has anyone had this card working before? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
