Something i'am trying to achieve using udev :: need some help

I have 2 external USB disks(NTFS formatted). Both of them have mp3's inside that i cannot store to any of my local disks.
My questions is how to make udev to create instead of sdb1 and sdc1 disks (sda1 is a local SATA disk i have) let's say disk1 ALWAYS for the one disk and ALWAYS disk2 for the other disk under the /dev/ dir no matter which disk i plug in first or if the one of them is unplugged.

I suppose it could use some verification like the hdd's serial number which is unique..

If i can achieve that i can finally save my playlist from XMMS or make a link to browse those disks easier but those aren't my main goal
