Change /dev/cdrom and /dev/cdrom1 and to /dev/scd0 and /dev/scd1 in the fstab file. Then make a symbolic link for your dvd and CD-RW drive. I did it and it works flawless. Comment out the lines that disble your cdroms in the modules.conf file. You can try specify "max_scsi_luns=4" to the bootloader to manually increase scsi devices.
