when trying to reading from tape at certain part which is always the same) the tape drive gives input/output error. When i look at messages i find this:

I have gone through the tech support of the drive only recently on a different issue - the drive is supposed to be operating just fine. I'm running SUSE 10.0, the drive is Exabyte VXA-2 scsi drive. I have replaced the scsi card and changed the cable already to no avail. Any ideas?
