Ryzen 2600X idle at 2 Ghz on Ubuntu 22.04

Setting my PC KDE Neon installation so that can have it powered up 24/7 even not using it, without using unnecessary power.

I have tried using cpupower gui to change the profile to power saving, but this generated freezes so I uninstalled it.

So back to normal I noticed the CPU even at 0% load stick at around 2 Ghz, there is any specific setting I need to look at.

This is a detailed guide, I think you need the powersave governor (and don't need to use gui to configure it).
