Smile Reprogramming Bios

Hey!

I have an old pentium 1 pc, and want to make it server. The problem is that its mainboard bios supports only hdds until 8Gb. Is there any tutorial or anything where i can learn to modify it, so it would support bigger hdds?

Cheers

E

There are several tricks in this howto, that might be useful, without any bios-reprogramming

I have this BIOS upgrade with large drive support in a couple old Pentiums and one 486. It lets me use some spare 12 GB drives in them.
