Reformating ext2 to fat32


Hi I recently installed RH8, I have a dual boot OS and I want to Reformat RH8 to fat32, when i use the fdisk of the win98 boot disk i could not delete the non dos partition which is the linux partition? what should I do, can you please help me with this, I need your replies, TY

boot redhat and change the partition type from 82 to c
