Question Rebooting on Shutdown

I'm running Mandrake 8.1 on my PC, along with Win98.

When I shutdown, things shutdown as normal, but at the last step my PC is rebooted.

What can I do to stop this?

How are you shutting down the computer?

The usual way, by shutting down from the KDE task-bar.
