radeon 9800 will not fit in motherboard

i just got ECS K8 HT2000 nForce4 motherboard for a new athlon 3800, and when trying to put my ATI radeon 9800 video card in it, it will not fit in the PCI slot... on the board it says express-pci... what is wrong? do i need to get a specific type of video card for this motherboard?

well, my problem is that my video card is a PCI card, and the slot on the motherboard is a PCI Express slot.

I think most card manufacturers produce two version PCI and PCIe - try and exchange it if you can
