Unhappy problems with hardware

Hallo!!
Excuse me for my english!!
I digit from Italy
I've a problem vith my new inkjet canon i350, wich doesn't work with my os mandrake 10.0.
And my hp scanjet 4400c either.
can anybody help me to make them work???
please!!
Also, my modem lightspeed GPRS usb doesn't work with mandrake.

For the scanner:

As for modem, i have nothing.

That was all from google. The scanner probably won't work and the printer might take some time.
