persistent binding -> RESERVATION CONFLICTS

Hi I added the persistent bindings in /etc/modules.conf file and the file looked like:

alias eth0 tg3
alias eth1 tg3
alias scsi_hostadapter mptbase
alias scsi_hostadapter1 mptscsih
alias scsi_hostadapter2 qla2300
alias usb-controller usb-ohci
options qla2300 ConfigRequired=1 ql2xopts=scsi-qla0-adapter-port=210000e08b17c114\;scsi-qla0-tgt-2-di-0-node=1000006045172c74\;scsi-qla0-tgt-2-di-0-port=2002006045172c74\;scsi-qla0-tgt-2-di-0-pid=204b00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-2-di-0-control=00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-3-di-0-node=1000006045172c76\;scsi-qla0-tgt-3-di-0-port=2002006045172c76\;scsi-qla0-tgt-3-di-0-pid=204f00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-3-di-0-control=00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-0-di-0-node=1000006045172b63\;scsi-qla0-tgt-0-di-0-port=2002006045172b63\;scsi-qla0-tgt-0-di-0-pid=208900\;scsi-qla0-tgt-0-di-0-control=00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-4-di-0-node=1000006045172c7d\;scsi-qla0-tgt-4-di-0-port=2002006045172c7d\;scsi-qla0-tgt-4-di-0-pid=20c500\;scsi-qla0-tgt-4-di-0-control=00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-1-di-0-node=1000006045172c0d\;scsi-qla0-tgt-1-di-0-port=2002006045172c0d\;scsi-qla0-tgt-1-di-0-pid=20cb00\;scsi-qla0-tgt-1-di-0-control=00\;scsi-qla1-adapter-port=210100e08b37c114\;

However, when I reboot the system I'm getting the ff in /var/log/messages:
