PCI not using MMConfig

Hi, I'm new here, I'm installing Debian Lenny latest version with netinstall cd, but when it boots up I get some message with
PCI not using MMCONFIG and boots up the kernel and all Linux.

I read something about in Google and I'm curious can this damage my sytem somehow, because I won't have computer for many months...
My motherboard is ASUS Commando, CPU is Intel Pentium D Dual Core on 2.8Ghz. motherboard is almost new, I have read that some BIOS bug is that and it must be reflashed, I don't know actually...
I've used Slackware, but it crashed and I have removed it. Now I'm installing Debian Lenny version, because it has more packages, etch version - no.

EDIT
here's what I have received from dmesg command
