ov511 webcam options

I am almost done with sorting out my webcam, just one option left to find;
I have foud that if i want backlight compensation turned on (believe, you NEED it for indoor use!) I need to add the following in /etc/modules.conf:

Code:
#webcam
alias char-major-81 ov511
options ov511 compress=1 ov518_color=1 backlight=1
My question: does anyone know if there is the option to change the frequency to 50hz as the mains electricity supply in the uk is at 50hz. I know this option exists in the windows drivers. Thanks :~)

ps. i am using the ov511 version 2.26 driver.

Hurrah! After much searching, I've found the options I was looking for:

backlight=1
lightfreq=50 #as in 50Hz mains flicker compensation
autobright=1 #this doesn't seem to do much though!
