Old Ram Resource Reference

I just recently started a job in which I am responsible for the rehabilitation of a large amount of older computer equipment. I have a large box, literally filled to the brim with old ram chips. I have no documentation available, no reference, nothing...

Can anyone suggest a website resource that has a fairly comprehensive listing of most/all ram chips from the late 80's to the present? I figure there has to be something like that out there, any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
